Canyonlands White Rim Hiking and 4x4 Tour

Let our guides show you the Canyonlands that many miss. On this trip we'll travel the famous White Rim 4X4 Trail into the deepths of the park. Included are a number of excellent hikes into the caves and caverns that lie just beneath the White Rim Sandstone level. Hikes are moderate in difficulty, short in duration and optional. If enough people in the tour group for that day want to go, then we go. These wonderful hikes reveal hidden passages, secret canyons and a sense of discovery and magic. You'll see views of the mighty Colorado River and its corridor that are unforgettable.
The White Rim sandstone is a relatively hard sandstone layer creating a beautiful and expansive rock terrace that covers the park from the Colorado River to the Green River. It is one of Canyonlands National Parks most dominate features contributing to it's grand vistas and magnificent beauty. With the Colorado River beneath you on one side and the cliffs of Dead Horse Point on the other, it is a sight you'll remember for years to come. Along the way we'll stop for a picnic lunch which is included in the cost of your tour.
Enroute we'll visit park treasures such as the Goose Neck, Fossil Point, Musselman Arch and the infamous Shafer Trail. Hikes beneath the White Rim layer afford views of the mighty Colorado River and its corridor that are unforgettable.

What to Wear
Wear comfortable outdoor clothing and tennis or hiking shoes are recommended. Don't forget cameras, hats and sunscreen. Bring whatever else you might need for the day.

Departure Time and Location
Departs around 8:00 AM from our office in Moab at 321 North Main Street and returns around 5:00 PM. Arrive 15 minutes before departure time for check-in. Pickup from hotels is available if needed. **If you don't need to be picked up select ''Other Hotel'' while booking**
Tour needs a minimum of 4 people to run. If booking with less than that call and check availability.
