Moonlight Snowshoe Hiking
Duration: 2 hours
Departs from: your Park City hotel or condo, or arranged meeting place
Snowshoeing is the fastest growing winter sport. Snowshoes are designed to keep you on top or ''floating'' on the snow. On trail or off trail, snowshoeing provides a great workout burning between 500 and 1,000 calories per hour! Snowshoeing offers a mountain experience for everyone!
Anyone can do this sport. If you can walk, you can snowshoe. Despite what you may think, you don't need to be graceful, coordinated or a good athlete to snowshoe. The hikes we do are designed around the desires and the abilities of the group.

Kids and Babies
Plenty of trails in the Park City area are kid friendly! If you have a little one that you would like to bring, we can accommodate you by providing a baby backpack. Make sure to dress your little one warmly. If you're worried about carrying the extra weight, our guides will even carry the backpack for you!
What to Wear
You should always be ready for changing weather conditions. Dress in layers. You will want to be able to shed a layer on the way up and put a layer on, for the way down. Wear a lightweight jacket or a fleece along with quick dry pants or lightweight ski pants. You will also want to wear hiking boots or a sturdy shoe (or snowboard boots). Sunscreen is also a necessary item in the high country. Make sure to throw in a hat, gloves and of course a camera for all those beautiful views!
